WomenVenture is proud to announce that we have been designated as a mspWellness Champion by the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, Hennepin County, and City of Minneapolis Health Departments!
This designation recognizes and celebrates organizations that work to positively affect the health and well-being of their employees and communities. We started these efforts at WomenVenture in 2021 by going through the mspWellness Cohort to learn all the tips and tricks of establishing a workplace wellness initiative.
Our internal Wellness Committee has been doing incredible work over the last few years to develop activities and modify work environments and policies to support the health, morale, and general well-being of employees as well as cultivate WomenVenture’s culture. The Wellness Committee is a key partner in making WomenVenture an employer of choice.
