For 30 years, Susan has been building innovative brands and businesses in the food service industry. Her passion is creating strategies, plans, and teams that are shaped by a deep understanding of the customer and marketplace needs.
Retired from General Mills, Susan recently served as an Executive Board Member and Marketing Chair for cookiecart.org, a nonprofit urban bakery in the Twin Cities, that provides teens with their first job and life skills. She is also a mentor and educator at the stpetegreenhouse.com, an organization that provides resources and support for small businesses.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Susan is a docent and volunteer at the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, FL. Living in both Florida and Minnesota gives her the opportunity to enjoy swimming, biking, and walking her dog, Stan.
