SAINT PAUL, MN – WomenVenture is pleased to announce that Rosemarie Ndupuechi is joining the organization as the new Chief Advancement & Marketing Officer.
“We are thrilled that Rosemarie has accepted this position and is joining the organization,” said LeeAnn Rasachak, WomenVenture CEO. “As a WomenVenture board member since 2019, she brings a demonstrated commitment to the organization and serving our clients, and we are excited for her fresh perspective. Rosemarie’s leadership in community building and passion for collaborating with women and leaders from diverse racial, ethnic, generational and socioeconomic backgrounds makes her the perfect fit as the new Chief Advancement & Marketing Officer.”
“I am delighted to join WomenVenture in the capacity as new Chief Advancement & Marketing Officer. I have seen first-hand the impact the organization has on the lives of women business owners in our community. My work with WomenVenture clients and mentorship of start-up business owners has made me aware of the challenges and unique opportunities available. I am excited to further advance our mission in this role,” said Ndupuechi.
Ndupuechi comes to WomenVenture as a business owner herself. After a successful corporate career at Cargill, Rosemarie founded 3E Productions in 2014. The event planning company serves corporate and non-profit clients in Minnesota and throughout the U.S. She earned her Master of Business Communications degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2002. In 2017, she and three other women business leaders were awarded a three-year contract by the Bush Foundation to design and manage a leadership development cohort program, The Change Network program, for leaders in North and South Dakota. The goal of the Change Network program, which will be welcoming its sixth cohort class this year, is to give leaders the tools and instill in them the skills to make systemic change around diversity, equity, and inclusion in their communities.
“Rosemarie will be a great asset and thought partner as we build a WomenVenture leadership team dedicated to making a tangible difference in the economic success of women and minority business owners in Minnesota.” said Rasachak.
