WomenVenture Announces New CFO
SAINT PAUL, MN – WomenVenture is pleased to announce that Karla Dross is joining the organization as the new Chief Financial Officer.
“We are thrilled to announce that Karla Dross is the latest addition to our leadership team,” said LeeAnn Rasachak, WomenVenture CEO. “Her work over the past 25 years leading finance teams in the nonprofit sector makes her an excellent fit to lead WomenVenture’s finance and lending teams as we continue to grow at a faster rate than ever before.”

Dross has more than 25 years of experience leading the finance and administrative functions at nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she worked as the Direct of Finance at Hunger Solutions Minnesota. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer for the CliftionLarsonAllen-Business Operations team working with several nonprofits, the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI) and the Center for Victims of Torture. She has proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Wichita State University and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota.
