In October 2021, LeeAnn Rasachak, former WomenVenture board member was appointed as CEO of WomenVenture.

Maggie Knoke is the founder and CEO of FrameWork Consulting LLC, where she helps executives, visionaries, founders and their leadership teams pivot to what's next and wildly advance big goals.

We stand with our Asian-American and Pacific Islander communities and allies. We see you and we hear you. 

For 30 years, Susan has been building innovative brands and businesses in the food service industry.  Her passion is creating strategies, plans, and teams that are shaped by a deep understanding of the customer and marketplace needs.

These three women are the recipients of the WCCO Good Neighbor Award in recognition of their contributions as WomenVenture volunteers.

We are hopeful that passionate public outcry and demand for systemic change will be sustained and lead us to a Minnesota where justice, equity, and opportunity abound for all our people.
