SAINT PAUL, MN – WomenVenture is pleased to announce that Bill Stelle has been promoted to our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer.
After volunteering as a mentor to our Small Business Essentials clients, Bill joined WomenVenture in 2021 and has supported our Child Care Business Services programs, strategic initiatives, spearheaded government relations efforts, and worked with the WomenVenture team to enhance our client experience.
Bill has an extensive professional background in strategy, consulting, and business development and has worked across numerous industries including marketing, consulting, software, and a range of entrepreneurial small businesses. “I am thrilled to welcome Bill to our leadership team. The Chief Operating Officer is fundamental to optimizing our operational efficiency and scaling the impact of our business training, consulting, and capital access for women in our communities,” said WomenVenture CEO, LeeAnn Rasachak. “With Bill’s experience and leadership, we will ensure that WomenVenture will continue to grow our operational strategy, culture, and vision to support our clients and staff.”
